A Study in Black and White

You know as a kid, life seems pretty black and white. Decisions were either yes or no. And then you started to grow up. You saw the areas between the black and white. You started seeing the grey.

Ansel Adams, a well-known photographer, did his pictures all on black and white. The contrasts are apparent and then you notice the grey areas.  All of it adds up to some striking photographs.

I think our decisions here have lots of grey. Maybe because we don’t understand God enough or maybe we are looking for an excuse. God made what’s right and what’s wrong. He knows it’s all black and white to Him. I think it is for us too. I mean for the most part. We know what’s right. Just ask God to help us do what’s right.

Just keep your faith and your hold on God. Never let go of Him. And then trust Him to help you with al your decisions whether black or white or somewhere in between.
